major attractions fresh breakfast helpful staff
the hotel's location offered easy access to major attractions and nearby shops. breakfast included many options and everything tasted fresh. the staff was cute and helpful .

amazing food tramway station galata tower labeled bottle sad housekeeping missing cup
The hotel breakfast included AMAZING!!! food. It was near to everything. Galata Tower and the tramway station were close by.
I noticed conditioner was in the bottle labeled body lotion. The housekeeping was sad. I saw only one cup for brushing teeth for 3 people.

broken toilet seat ugly car park
The location was quite good. I'll give them that.
Our toilet seat was broken. The main entrance faced an ugly car park entrance with overflowing rubbish bins. How charming.

Mixed Experience due to Several Issues
moldy bathroom unstable internet
I found some problems . The bathroom had mold and needed attention. Breakfast required going to another building, I did not like that. The internet was unstable. These issues affected my experience negatively.

easy access grocery store helpful staff
the location provided easy access to galata tower and nearby shops i found it convenient to grab souvenirs at the last minute a grocery store was also nearby for necessities the staff gave helpful information about the area
i noticed a small humidity stain on one of the walls
